Moorlight Portrait Studio was opened in November 2025 by Ilkley photographer Charlie Swinbourne, whose work spans portraiture, performance, documentary and community.
Charlie moved into photography in 2024 after winning BAFTA and RTS awards during a 15 year career as a screenwriter and director, and has developed a cinematic approach to his portrait work.
The studio is in the heart of Ilkley town centre, overlooked by the famous moor, half an hour from Leeds and Bradford at 6 Castle Yard, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29 8DT.
